For those with their own established practice or those wishing to establish a regular practice the studio space is open between 7am and 10am.
In this class we Learn the basics of yoga asana (pose) focus on the use of the breathe and proper posture to aid in the flow of energy through the Nadis (meridians) with the purpose of enhancing the healthful benefits of a balanced yoga practice on the body and mind.
Held on Wednesdays 2:00`3:30. Hula Yoga is part Hula part Yoga. The first part of the class is Hula. In this section we learn the Hula steps, hand gestures, and hip movements to the soothing strums of Hawaiian music. The second partof the class focuses on using selected yoga postures in order todevelop the body in a way that promotes freer movement in the Hula i.e. yoga poses that use the lower half of the body and develop the muscles in the pelvic area. Practicing the Hula trims the waist, thigh and underarm areas and promotes increased circulation throughout the whole body system. Try this fun way to stay fit and benefit from Yoga at the same time.
