A baby Sitter is available by appointment for the Hatha Yoga 10:30 Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Classes and for the Wednesday 2:00pm Hula Yoga class. Please Book two days in advance when possible. There is an additional charge of500 a time.

 

For those with their own established practice or those wishing to establish a regular practice the studio space is open between 7am and 10am.

*The Saturday class is open from 7:00am for those who wish to learn the Yoga Dance sequence.This Class is 1,000 to attend. Begginners welcome.

HathaYoga Basics

In this class we Learn the basics of yoga asana (pose) focus on the use of the breathe and proper posture to aid in the flow of energy through the Nadis (meridians) with the purpose of enhancing the healthful benefits of a balanced yoga practice on the body and mind.

Ashtanga Yoga

This class is open to all levels beginners are welcome. It is suited especially the student who wishes to practice an energetic style of yoga. In this class we learn the Ashtanga yoga primary series starting with Sun salutations and adding poses as the the class progresses. The use of bandha (energy locks), and breathing techniques is also be covered in this class.

Hula Yoga

Held on Wednesdays 2:00`3:30. Hula Yoga is part Hula part Yoga. The first part of the class is Hula. In this section we learn the Hula steps, hand gestures, and hip movements to the soothing strums of Hawaiian music. The second partof the class focuses on using selected yoga postures in order todevelop the body in a way that promotes freer movement in the Hula i.e. yoga poses that use the lower half of the body and develop the muscles in the pelvic area. Practicing the Hula trims the waist, thigh and underarm areas and promotes increased circulation throughout the whole body system. Try this fun way to stay fit and benefit from Yoga at the same time.
